Here is my cat taking a nap..shot from S22 ultra ...since iam waiting for my fold 4 20220828_200917.jpg

The picture of the rib eye was in really low lighting, and I was surprised at how bright the picture was. Love the Nightography.. at least as good as my S22U here.

It was delicious.

Damn, that steak looks good. We were just there last week. :)

I'm a "point and shoot" photographer. I don't mess with settings and I don't like burst shot. First photo on my Fold is solid. Colors look nice and accurate. Taking still photos is awesome! My only gripe with Samsung, as seen in the 2nd photo, is that Samsung phones are horrible at action photos (always blurry). Thus, why I carry a pixel phone for games, etc.

If they can fix this and mirror was pixel does with action photos, it would be awesome. Regardless, I still love this phone. Just my every new Samsung phone "rant"....lol20220828_131511.jpg20220825_160032.jpg

I don't know why Samsung got rid of "Sports" mode to take fast motion pictures. They used to have this years back. However, I know you said you didn't like to mess with settings - but if you use Pro mode, and then set a faster shutter speed - like maybe 1/1500, and then adjust the ISO higher so it's more sensitive to light (because your faster shutter speed will let in less light), you could probably get a decent picture. You just have to adjust these things ahead of time to know what ISO you need for your shutter speed to get the adequate light. No point and click unfortunately!

Yeah, I would mess with the settings on previous Samsung phones, then I discovered the pixel phones and got spoiled....lol... I'll mess with the pro mode and see what happens. Really liking this ZF4, so I don't mind taking time to hopefully figuring it out. .

Yeah you got spoiled with pixle camera. They take excellent and take great point and shoot pictures. Some aren't going to like this, but when it comes to cameras iPhone and pixle rate the best. Samsung needs to work on the point and shoot camera feature IMO. I have had this phone over a week and I have not even opened the camera, all I want is point and shoot. I'm sure the phone will take good enough pictures for what I need, I love the fold 4, I didn't buy it for the camera, it does what I want well, it works as a phone and communication device.

Definitely agree! Pixel cameras are top of the line for great all around photos. And, iphones for videos. Samsung is that nice balance of both (IMO).

Samsung is almost there too and is why I still continue buying their phones. They are also still the reason I buy a pixel phone as a backup phone....

Samsung cameras sucks indoors and with anything that moves in my experience. I'll use my pixel pixel 6 pro for sporting events, birthday parties etc. Other than the camer, the Samsung experience has come a long way.

I have a few others I'd like to attach but this is the only one I can seem to upload. It has some lighting adjustment and vignetting added in light room. Can't get the original or any of my others to upload 🙁 great camera though, an improvement even over my fairly new s20fe.
