picture/ app transfer

Getting a new Rezound tomorrow and I would like to transfer pictures and apps from my incredible.
Some of the pictures and apps are on the SD card and the rest are in the phone memory how would I do this. Also how would I transfer ringtones?

Mount the phone to a computer with a USB cable. Go into the SD card and drag the contents or what ever it is you want to transfer to the computer (make a folder just for it so you can find it all later). When you get the new phone just drag it all back to the new SD card into the appropriate folders...Notifications for notifications, ringtones for ringtones and so on.

The ringtones should work the same, just drag them to somewhere safe for the time being, then drag them back to the new phone...making sure to put them into the proper folder.

As for the internal memory, it should be pretty much the same...as long as what you're taking off the old Inc is just pictures and stuff and provided you can locate them...should be under "DCIM" or something like that. You're just gonna have to dig around and find them, only make sure you don't delete or move anything if you don't know what it is.

Could I install the old SD card in the new phone and Send the apps to the phone?

Probably. I don't see why not. Its just like a flash drive really.

I guess it depend on how much of the app really gets put on the card. It seems like, and I may be way off here, some apps get totally transfered to the SD while others only have the app data transferred while the app stays put and then calls to the SD for the data when needed. Again I may be way off base there, just how it seems in my little brain.
