Sprint Galaxy S8 Picture in Picture

Anyone able to get You Tube to work by tapping the home button and picture in picture happens. I can only get it to work with Google Maps in Navigation mode. You Tube is enabled in the picture in picture settings.

Yes, it works for me (Verizon S8+)
I open the YouTube app. Play a video and hit the home button and the video automatically goes PIP. I didn't have to change anything in the settings for this to work.

Thanks TFBisquit that certainly does explain why, kind of sad it's exactly events like this that made me choose to move from Apple to Android (Samsung). It's one of the most advertised features of Oreo but other then Maps what good is it if you can't use You Tube. I must have tried turning it on and off 20 times before giving up and asking the question here. Sad
