picture sending problems

have a friend with an at&t galaxy s3. she can attach a picture and send successfully with her phone, but cannot receive a picture. she has uverse in her home with wifi. tried with wifi on and off, still can't receive a picture. no problems receiving text. any suggestions?

AT&T has a 600 KB limit on file sizes. Is that possibly part of the problem? Files too large for the limit?

Could be. If I try to send her a picture, how can I tell how many KB? Would want to try to send her one less than 600 to see if it works.

I think it shows up in Gallery or Photos if you highlight the file and maybe have to tap the menu button too... I should check that. Yes, tap picture, tap 3 dot menu button, tap details, and it will show file size
