Android Central Question

I recently upgraded to the s9. Everything worked great, but about a month ago it stopped sending photos to people that have iPhones. Regular texts go through but not photos. I tried using the default messaging app and textra. I've cleared the messaging data and cache, and restored the phone to factory default. Anyone have any ideas?

"upgraded to the s9"

Upgraded from what? If your previous phone was an iPhone, there is come cleanup that probably needs to be on Apple's servers regarding your old iMessage account.

Thanks, I upgraded from another android, don't laugh, an s4 mini. I've had the s9 since the release, and it worked perfectly until about 2 weeks ago when this started. I didn't change any settings, it just stopped working one day. I called att and samsung, they were both baffled.

Can the iPhone users send you pictures successfully?
You might have them check with Apple. Sometimes the iMessage servers don't play nice with SMS/MMS messages.

Thanks. Yes, all the iPhone users I'm sending to can successfully send me pictures and SMS. They can receive my SMS but not the photos. And on my end it looks like it's going through. I don't receive an error message or anything.
