time for an update. been trying some pics in less than ideal situations. as expected the camera is slightly less than desirable. overall i am still pleased.

Thanks for the photos and the feedback. I'm starting to lean back to the Maxx again based on this thread. If anyone can get me an action shot, maybe some sports action or a car driving by I would appreciate that. I seem to use my current Razr often in those situations.

I have two. One that disappointed me, due to focus and slowness to take. (My daughter is in the yellow top.)

Wow, OK! Those are actually pretty good pics. I guess I will pick up a Maxx. Thanks for the help. Too bad I didn't stop today, they were running a special of free activation. I'll post some pics when I get a chance to play with the phone some.

I've been pretty happy with the camera. It might not be the greatest but it's a lot better than my HTC 8X was. I've got the Ultra, but I'm sure the cameras are the same on Maxx and Ultra. I took this pic with mine and edited it with Litho filter and adjusted contrast some. It was taken through a pane of glass in my back door too, so I think it came out very well. Posted it in Ultra forum too, where there's nobody! Haha! So thought I'd post it here too.
