Some pics from my birthday weekend getaway to the lake. The race track was a whim when I happened to spot it on the map while looking for places to go see. It was a vintage racing event that weekend, so we got to see some pretty cool cars on the track. Other than that we just spent a quiet weekend on the lake. Saturday morning it was very foggy, and we found dozens of dew-covered spider webs on the deck - they were amazing but difficult to photograph. Manual focus mode was able to capture some really cool shots, and it was hard to pick just one to post. The weather got progressively better each day, and we finally awoke to clear skies the morning we left. We spent an hour or so kayaking in the cove on Saturday, but the pics are from my wife's fruit phone, so I didn't include them.
