i want to copy some pictures to my sd card from my computer... when i hit mount i get to folders that come up DCIM and lost DIR neither have any sub folders... what do i do?

Just copy them directly over to the root directory. The phone will recognize them as pictures.

Take a picture and reconnect, see where it is placed. I think they are filed under camera.

yea it was because i hadnt taken any pictures there was no root folder.. thanks fellas

After mounting the Droid I used Windows Media Player to move photos from my PC to the Droid. After I disconnected the Droid found them right away. I didn't think to look at the file system to see where they had been stored.
