Pinning note missing?

When taking a note when the screen is off.. It doesn't give me the option to pin in.. Anyone know why? It used to be there

Its up there next to delete and save, nearly dead center.

There are a couple of things that could be causing this but i do believe the main reason is that you have our Note 7 in the "battery power saving mode"and you don't have the always on move selected

Not in battery saving mode... And where is the always on the move feature?

I tried a old one... Then uninstalled and installed the one from samsung

I think you meant Always On Display....if so you're right.....because the only way to have pinned notes..is Always On Display has to be on.

which btw i only figured out after I completed a factory reset.
