Interesting to know in the event he kept them would Google go as far as to blacklist the IMEI numbers.
Good question, the article says he had no obligations to give them back.
That is true, However if Google decided to not fight a customer who admittedly had no plan to return them due to not legally having to, They easily can just blacklist the IMEI numbers for all 10 phones to prevent the sale and profit of their mistake. I'm sure though all this guy wants is his refund, Lol.
