Yeah it is kind of funny I was reading that earlier. Apparently for that replacement phone Google sent out nine different pixel 3 phones to the customer.

That is true, However if Google decided to not fight a customer who admittedly had no plan to return them due to not legally having to, They easily can just blacklist the IMEI numbers for all 10 phones to prevent the sale and profit of their mistake. I'm sure though all this guy wants is his refund, Lol.
