Since you order through the app on 10/9, you're eligible for the free Pixel Stand offer. Have you heard anything from Verizon about it? It sounds like Verizon has no idea what's going on in terms of fulfilling them, which was my experience last year with their free Home Mini offer. They ended up giving me a $50 credit so I could buy it through them. Anymore it seems Verizon's solution for their screwups is akin to using duct tape to patch a roof.

Nope, haven't heard anything from them. When I ordered the phone, the promotion fine print basically said that the stand would arrive around 2 weeks after the phone shipped. So i'm going to keep my eyes peeled, and if in two weeks I don't receive the stand, then I'll make the call to VZW.

I just tried support, "Online specialists are not available" haha I guess a lot of people who ordered from Google are pissed.

Congrats on all the Pixel 3 deliveries, everyone. My 3 XL has been great since I got it last night. For those seeing delivery delayed, fingers crossed that it gets worked out and you get it ASAP!

Mine wasnt listed either. I did chat with a VZW rep yesterday and here is what I was told. After 3 years of Verizon doing promos like this you would think they had a grip on things!! Guess NOT!!!

I had a slightly different response. And I am not sure about the Stands being sent directly from Google. Someone else on this thread had their free Pixel Stand included in the confirmation email AND was sent from PA, the same origin as the Verizon phones.

BTW I just received my phones. I haven't opened the boxes yet. I will do so when I am free in a couple of hours.

My package traveled in what google maps shows to be a 4 hour drive in 12 hours....

Ok, the chat function was available when I tried again. Got the $25 credit. I have to chuckle though seeing stories today about how well Google has handled the pre-order this year just because Verizon customers are getting their phones. No, Google totally screwed up the pre-order again this year by sticking it to the people who ordered from the Google store during or soon after the announcement in order to get Verizon customers their phones regardless of when they ordered.

There are bigger things to be outraged over than a phone arriving 2 weeks later than it was supposed to, but this is pretty dang annoying.

This is truly unbelievable.I left work a half a day early got on the train hopped in the car and speed off to my house. I got to my door and FedEx got there before I was able to turn the key in the door.... what luck!!
