Thanks for sharing. Flossy is one of my favorite reviewers and an absolute personality. I'd love to see a round table review with MKBHD, Floss w/ Xerxes, Unbox Therapy and Mr. Mobile. They're all so different and unique...
 
The bulk of what you are going to see now is "Hands-on" or "impressions". The review embargo gets lifted on Oct 15th. So we should see a lot of the reviews flooding Youtube on Monday morning.
 
Flossy isn't a professional reviewer. So I'd expect we won't see a flossy review until the phone actually ships out to everyone.

In my opinion he is. He's got a ton of subscribers and easily is making money off his videos.

Samsung thought he was enough of a professional to include a snippet of his video in the Note 9 reveal. And he occasionally gets review units from LG and Samsung as well.

Anyways, I know this thread isn't just about him. I appreciate all of the reviewers listed above.

You're correct but I recall seeing cases where he had an initial review unit before it hits the streets.

Yeah I don't think he was saying it to insult or doubt your opinion -- He is just saying he won't get the review units like others do / have.
 
You know, Dave Lee has been moving up my consideration list for YouTube reviewers. I'm interested in hearing his and MKBHD post release reviews probably the most.
 
Did Jonathan Morrison not get invited to the Google event? I saw him post a video on the event day making fun of the event. Surprising that he was not at the event given the subscribers count and also surprised the weird videos he is posting about Google. Looks like he is pissed about Google and doubling down on Pixel hate every chance he gets, even in other videos like Razer 2 unboxing.

You know, I've thought that myself. I mean his content is more Apple centric, but his recent material seems almost a little bitter or something.

Yeah lots of YouTubers prefer Apple stuff which is fine since they make great stuff but I would hate to see YouTubers just getting bitter about not being invited to an event etc.

One reason I like Floasy Carter since he speaks his heart and no alligance to any brand. Tells it how it is.

I'll second this. I consider Flossy a Pro and love his reviews.
