If the other phone has the capability. It's the charging phone, not the charged phone that determines it.

I can do with my s10+ because it has the capability as well as my iphonex and other wireless devices.

Yeah mine charges wirelessly just fine back to back with my Huawei Mate 20 Pro... and every other wireless charger I have in the house

You mean if placed on a S10? Yes.

Rapid charge wirelessly was, last I checked, limited to the Google stand and one other. Other wireless chargers work but don't do rapid charge.
