Looks like the BB $400 off deal is gone. It's now just $200 off and most models are now bock order only ("getting more soon").

I saw most of them available again late Friday night. I wanted to see if I could exchange my order but my calls to CS weren't getting through. It already shipped anyway so they probably wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. I'll try going to a store to do it and hope they have the color I want or can order it for me while still keeping the same deal. Does anyone know if BB will charge a restocking fee even if the phone hasn't been opened or activated?

@Mugenized - I'd check with the store you want to deal with for the answer. My experience has proven that quite often the answer differs from store to store and even from person to person.

I have dealt with BB for years, and always got treated fairly.

If you haven't opened the box, you will not pay restocking.

Since it's unopened you should be OK.
A couple of years ago they didn't charge restocking even on open phones.

I got my shipment notice that night and it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

Yea, 64gb white is what I ordered too. Thanks for the in-store tip. Will check inventories and then call to follow up as I've seen no estimated ship date on my order.

Just to update for anyone still waiting - Verizon completely out of stock (P3XL 64gb white) for shipping and locally in LA, even though online inventory showed limited stock still available. System won't update to estimated shipping until they receive new stock from Google. This according to local store rep who looked up my order. Sounded like they would've fulfilled my order in-store if they had stock.

When I bought the 3xl from Best Buy yesterday morning, the expected delivery was next Friday. I just got a notification that it shipped and arrives Monday! Hope you all get yours earlier than expected too.

Bought mine the same day. Best Buy says it shipped, but tracking says it has not shipped. Starting to get worried.

BB email says mine shipped, but according to the tracking number, it has not. Says "processing".

Same. They finally sent me an email saying it should ship Friday the 7th. The BB sales page (3XL/64gb/white) says the same for shipping and in-store inventory near me. Every time I get the 'I want it NOW' withdrawal shivers I remind myself I'm saving $400.

mine didn't ship on time from Google. I got an email it shipped Monday the 26th and would be delivered the 28th or 29th. in actuality, it didn't ship til the 29th and I may get it tomorrow (tracking # hasn't confirmed that yet).

Although I wasn't in any hurry to use the phone, I'm glad I didn't have to wait that long even though they kinda screwed me over when I tried to buy it in store and the white one was the one I really wanted. Yes, white, which is not available within 250 miles of LA according to the BB website. Black is readily available and I'm probably going to see if they'll switch my order to black. Every phone I've ever owned was black and really wanted the change, but I guess it's going to be in a case anyway, so...
