Pixel 4 Pricing Leak. OMG Priccccccyyyyyy

Well it will be subjected to an import tariff, Google probably passed that along to the consumer.

I considered waiting for the P4. But then I traded in my P2 for the Note 10 for $450. --My half price Note 10 is looking even better now . . .

I don't think any phone is worth $1000 USD. If the Pixel 4 is that much, it will stay there. I am more annoyed that Verizon is not supporting the ROG II phone. That's $900 and it kicks the crap out of the Pixel 4 in features.
Obviously those that buy 1000 devices buy think it is. The market dictates what a fair price is. What made you think they were going to support the ROG?

I didn't think Verizon would support it, hence my annoyance. It's a great phone, and I can't use it.

Spec-wise it is a beast! It certainly caught my attention.

Yes it is....seems like a gamers dream device among other things. It doesn't do anything I need in particular, and it wouldn't matter of it did fill a gap because I'm loyal to Verizon.

My only issue is that I think I'll lose interest after a few weeks because I'm not a gamer. Then I would just think about how I could have spent my money on something else.

Honestly, I prefer mainstream devices. Without a doubt it's a powerful device

I can live with that.
In all your time here, have you ever seen a phone released where people said "that's a fair price"?

I’m thinking Xiaomi and previous Huawei phones here. Example:

Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro (400 pounds)

-Snapdragon 855

-6GB/128GB configuration

-48MP IMX586 main camera With autofocus (laser and PDAF) f/1.8, 13MP ultra wide and 8MP 2x telephoto with the expected specs and camera modes etc. 4K at 30fps and 1080p at 60fps and 960fps slow motion etc

-6.4 inch FHD AMOLED display (Gorilla Glass 5, supports HDR, blue light filter etc)

-20MP selfie camera in pop up with smart retraction

-4000mAh battery and in display fingerprint sensor which according to reviews is decent

-Comes with 18W fast charger and supports 27W charging

-Metal and glass construction (large phone but not unwieldy). Also has NFC and a headphone jack.

If there’s a phone that could claim being at a ‘fair price’ this is one of them (other candidates include the OP 6T and Honor 20 Pro)

Probably gonna be paying $900 for base model. But at this price they should at least match Samsung tradein deal then I think it will be fair
