Same here.. only android for me is a pixel But as my eyes get older, I need my screens to get bigger, and the pixels this year aren't doing it for me spec or size wise. They're good phones, just not exciting me

Maybe if they come out with the Pixel 5 XL or "Pro" model that rumours have been stating, it may be a good option for you!

Agreed, but why call it the Pro if its just a XL version. There would have to be some sought up upgrades. Maybe face unlock? or on screen finger print scanner? 120 hertz refresh?

But yeah an XL version would be a real winner IMO. I returned the P5 due to its size and tiny sounding voice calls. I replaced it with the 4a 5G and I'm liking it more than the P5. Mainly do to the top speaker grill which makes sound call quality better and the larger screen.

We bought both the 5 and the 4a 5G, one for me and one for my wife. She chose the 5 for the smaller size; the speaker quality is fine on it. I'm glad she chose the 5, as, coming from my 2XL, I find it too small. I'm enjoying the 4a 5G. Good size, great screen, fast enough for my needs, sound is good. I miss the water resistance, but I guess that means I have to be extra careful.

If Google were to make a Pixel 5 "Pro" that would upset a lot of current Pixel 5 owners, I would think. This all started from a conference call with Google leadership and they said "new hardware" coming in 2021. That doesn't mean a newer Pixel 5 necessarily. It could mean many things. It could be about the Pixel 6 in the Fall of 2021. Me personally....I don't think we will see a new Pixel until the Fall of 2021. I think Google wants to see how well the Pixel 5 sells at one size, and decide if there will be one size Pixel 6 or go back to 2 sizes. But that's just my guess.....like the people that started this "Pro" rumor by guessing at what the CEO meant by that statement.
