I got my Stormy Black 6 Pro this morning, but I haven't gotten the new security update yet.

This is what I read on a few tech sites and a Google blog:

Google confirms that a day-one update will be made available to Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro phones as they’re unboxed. These updates ensure that all of the Pixel’s advertised features, such as Magic Eraser and others, work properly.......While Google doesn’t specify the full changelog, we know it comes with the November security patch.

In the process of setting mine up right now and its installing the security update. One thing that isnt good is my Nova keeps crashing and diverting back to the pixel launcher.

You get the OOB update as you sign in, and then you should check for another update or the build number once set up just to be sure.

I had the Nova issues. I think it is an issue with widgets. I removed my widgets, force stopped Nova, restarted the phone and added the widgets back. Since then, everything has been fine. I also restored Nova from a backup, for what it is worth.

Yeah I ended up deleting Nova. Rebooting. Reinstalling Nova and then uploaded my backup. All good now.
