Ok so in assuming for this update we need to enroll in the Android beta program correct? But the same as the march update we are receiving later this month?

Downloading now

EDIT: wow this is a big one

I'm downloading and installing the same update as Remrose posted just above. P6 Pro Verizon.

My Pixel 6 Pro is on Beta 3 and getting the update now. That didn't take long to arrive at the P6 series.

I went to enroll my 6P in the beta program and it told me it was closed. If I sidedload the current OTA will I get the next OTA or will I have to sidedload again?

So I enrolled in the beta and for me it's 2.03gb why so large when everyone else's is 180ishmb? I'm on Feb. Security update. I think I'll unenroll and not install it for now.

If you see my post above, mine was also 2gb. I was on the Feb update prior on my 6P as well. Beta is running really smooth though and installed faster than every other update.

Oh sorry I missed that reply. Okay you convinced me i opted in and downloading now.

For those of you on Verizon and live in an area with C-band coverage, did they finally enable it with these updated radios? The 5GUW should show up if you get C-band.

First thing I can tell you is my vibrate is so much stronger now. Like I can feel my phone vibrating on my couch cushion strong.

I got the update last night. Yes it is supposed to be a beta for the Pixel feature drops. Those on 12L automatically got kept in.

I downloaded and installed it.

Google still don't seem to have a solution for sensitive information being displayed on the lockscreen. On Samsung, you can select to just show your notification icons on the lockscreen. On the Pixel, if you have 'don't show sensitive information ' selected, it still shows your email address on the lock screen for certain notifications such as Gmail.

Call me crazy, but I consider my email address sensitive information that I wouldn't want easily visible on a *lock screen* of a phone.

It's not possible to just show the notification icons you received, but not show sensitive information like your email address. No idea why Google hasn't changed this or offered more options for privacy.
