I DID call on the second location. The first I booked through the UBreakIFix website, assuming it was correct, and it was not. I was told twice that each location is a franchise and has nothing to do with the website. So Google lists it a s an official repair company, their website says they repair the 6, but the two stores I dealt with said differently. The second one I called first and had a lengthy discussion about false advertising, and that's where I got my second lecture about "We're a franchise and have nothing to do with the website"
