Pixel 6 Pro deactivating from Google Fi

It seems my phone deactivates from Fi every few weeks or so. I'll get a text from Fi telling me something is wrong. Last one was that my voicemail was not working. Sure enough I go into the Fi app and it is deactivated. Not a big deal to reactivate, but annoying. My biggest concern is that this will happen when I am out of the country and because of that it will not allow me to reactivate. Does not happen to my wife's Pixel 6 or my father's Pixel 3. I am currently on the Android beta, but this started happening before I joined the beta program. Anyone else experience this? I have tried clearing the app's cache but that did not help.

Did you try contacting Google Fi support via chat or phone? https://support.google.com/fi/gethelp

I posted in the community forums but got nothing but "contact support". No thoughts on what the issue may be from them.

I know you mentioned it was before beta but I would go back to stable build first place to start , beta can cause these issues.

I went to Fi help in a chat session. They had me clear the Fi app storage and reset the network settings. Then they did some type of network refresh on their end. Since it was random, only time will tell if it worked.

Now I have to reset all my bluetooth settings. :-$

Those chat sessions have saved my sanity more than once. Google has a great team manning the chat lines. Conversely, navigating their website is a nightmare if you're looking for support. Always go directly to the chat feature if you're in need of help.

The frustrating thing is that only certain categories seem to have a Contact Us option including chat. Fortunately, Google Fi is one of them!
