Pixel 7 Pro Wont Stay On

I dropped my pixel 7 pro in water and it was only in it for a few seconds. Now the issue is when I turn it on it says "your phone was turned off due to overheating" and then it immediately shuts down again. The phone is cold to the touch so idk whats wrong. Happens in safe mode aswell. Any help is appreciated

The 7 pro should handle little water maybe dry out it's port with a hair dryer see what happens

Welcome to Android Central! Although the phone has an IP68 rating, that goes out the window if there has ever been any damage to the phone. Look closely at the glass or the edges -- are there any cracks that you might not have noticed before?
