Pixel Audio Issue

I looked around a bit and couldn't find anyone else with my issue.

Notification, and alarm audio all work as they should but, media audio such as apps and music does not work one bit. Also, Bluetooth media audio works fine.

In terms of trouble shooting I cleared cache from a few apps, and when that didn't work I did a factory reset.

I have an unlocked pixel on Verizon,
any suggestions?

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that, for example, when you start up a music player you do not get any sound from the Pixel's speaker? Is that correct?

Is it the same if you temporarily disable Bluetooth?
