I just picked up my order from BestBuy this evening, anyone else trying these Pixel buds?

Not happy about the forced Gemini integration with the buds in general. Assistant worked just fine untill they messed it up.

Today's going to be the first day I'm going to give him a try. I'm using the large tip for the fit so let's see how perform with noise cancellation

I got them and have overall been happy with them. I've been using Apple Airpods and love them, but they randomly disconnect, so I got these with the store credit google gave for buying the phone. I don't think the ambient sound is as natural as the airpods and they are a little harder to get into my ears than the airpods with the little sticks to hold on to, but overall I'm happy with them. Recently used them to cut the grass and the noise cancellation worked well.

Thought about it, but I have not lost my free first gen Pixel Buds yet. No Gemini to fuss with.

Gemini doesn't seem any better than Assistant. But I am an old codger.

I know this is an older thread, but I decided to take advantage of Google's sale and grabbed a pair. Anyone still using these? It's been less than 24 hours since I've had them and I'm absolutely hating them!! I can't seem to get them to fit right, no matter which tip I use. Just trying to get them in my ear is a weird feeling process and when I do get them in they're uncomfortable as all get out! Thinking these may be an "insta-return" for me ...

I like my original Pro buds, but battery is struggling a bit? Has anyone upgraded from original to Pro 2? Wondered if there was improvement as I can buy another Pro for cheap. I got mine free with my P7P I got a 9XL now.

I had the original Buds Pro and now have the Pro 2. For me it was an excellent upgrade. I'm noticing improved sound and they're more comfortable mainly because they're smaller and lighter than gen 1.

Yeah, I've been using a pair of Soundpeats for the past 5 years that I love. They don't make them anymore otherwise I would have likely just gotten another pair. They still work, but the battery is iffy and some of the rubber parts are starting to come off. I may have to look into these, thanks.
