The first picture is the lock screen. So clean.
The second he has folders. In case you don't know just long press an icon and drop it onto another one. Folders made!

you just remove them like any other icon or folder. hold then drag to the top where is says remove.

Here's mine. I just can't do stock launcher. I do lose the app shortcut, but that's fine because Nova still offers so much more.

The app shortcut is in Nova's app drawer options."Swipe to open". Looks just like stock once you diable the page indicator on the desktop.

Received my XL yesterday and have enjoyed setting it up and getting it ready. I tried the Pixel launcher for a bit, but just couldn't get down with it. So, I installed Nova Prime. A real simple setup for me. One page with a folder for most used apps. Swipe gesture to get to my app drawer and a few other swipe gestures to activate a certain apps. Sunrise Icon Pack with one of the Google Wallpapers and Fox Zooper Widget.

How has your battery held up?

I've used Nova prime and fox for my note 7 the last few months and been very disappointed with how it's killed my battery. I went back to Google now launcher and everything is back to normal


Can't deny that's a sweet looking home screen I may steal it if it isn't too much of a drain

In your opinion does the Google changing wallpaper hinder battery life at all? Minimally would be fine but I know in the past the true live wallpapers would be killer to the battery

I'm not sure that I could answer that accurately. I only used the Pixel launcher for the first day and of course I was setting the phone up and running it fairly hard. To be honest though, I have had no problem with Nova. The battery life has been great so far. I don't push the phone extremely hard on a daily basis however, but I have been getting 4.5 - 5 hrs sot. Coming from a Moto X Pure running Nova Prime I would get ~3 hrs sot, so this has been a great improvement. Thanks for the compliment on the setup. I've already changed it several times since. Haha. Feel free to steal my ideas anytime.
