Power Toggles. Its works a little better with root, but it's still nice. And you can choose what icons it had, and also theme it a little.

I was able to side-load powers toggles, so I got then back. Changed up my look a little, but the AC app no longer allows me to post attachments.

Here we go. Switched from white text on a dark background to dark text on a light background. It's a live wallpaper, so the sun sets as your battery discharges. Wish I could make the icons at the top black, but it's not the end of the world.

If you're using Nova Launcher, you have the option to make those icons dark. It's under the look and feel section in launcher settings.
