Pixel/Pixel XL --- Show us your photos!

Okay, so I am no officially blown away. I took a couple of shots of tonight's sunset and Google's awesome algorithms stitched them together to make this panoramic shot all by itself. This is as scary as it is amazing!

So you're saying you didn't select panorama mode? You just shot a bunch of pictures spanning that area from same location and google stitched them itself? If that's the case... that's pretty crazy scary amazing

That's exactly what I'm saying! I was totally surprised when I saw the notification pop up telling me what it did and even more amazed at the results.

Here are 2 more shots. I have shot churches with my DSLR a fair amount using bracketing and a tripod. That is a 15 minute process to take the picture, then time in post. The Pixel camera captured the scene in seconds. I am sure I could beat it with bracketed exposure on a DSLR, but I am very impressed by this performance. I just wish I had taken a little more time to frame it better. :(

This is just a tough scene period. Again, the HDR+ brings out detail and balance that a single shot on a DSLR would not be able to get.

View of Downtown Los Angeles sunrise time on that highway traffic, no post processing. Not bad at all.

Only because knucklehead HAD to sit on the stool in the middle of the floor. But I thought they turned out pretty good with no flash and low light.

A few more.

A single shot of a burst that was auto-generated into an animated GIF of a "hair flip" thing, a pedestrian bridge and a cropped selfie while we enjoyed a nice, sunny and warm fall afternoon.

I LOVE this camera.
