Pixel shutdown unexpectedly

I was in the middle of setting up Skype and my pixel XL SHUT DOWN for no reason and then re started this is the first time I have had any problem with it

Welcome to the forum. Is there a possibility that you received an update that caused the phone to reboot? There should have been a warning though. Spontaneous reboots aren't that uncommon unfortunately.
