Pixel support

I'm trying to get support for my Pixel 6 via chat. When I go to TIPS AND SUPPORT through the settings menu, I can't find CHAT. I've been using CHAT through that site for years. Since I bought my Pixel 6, this is the first time I've tried.
What do I need to do to get this fixed?

Look in the Tips & Support part of the system settings (all the way at the bottom). You need to go through their steps, first describing the issue, then seeing if any of the suggested help pages are pertinent. If not, then go to the next step, which will give you the chat option.

Spent about an hour with support and it ended as most sessions do, in doing a FACTORY reset. I declined the offer.
