Pixel Watch App shows no watch

My PW2 is showing connected to my phone via Bluetooth and through the Fitbit app. Both show the battery level, yet the Pixel Watch App does not show any watches connected and can't find it when I try to connect a new watch.

Anyone else run into anything like this? I've not yet reset the watch as I'm not in a place where I can do so. It is receiving notifications.

My Pixel Watch app is working properly and showing my Pixel Watch 2. However, I have had a few odd issues with the app in the past.

For me, resetting the watch would be a last resort, particularly given that it sounds like it could be the Pixel Watch app and not the watch. I would first try to clear the apps cache and restart. If that didn't work, I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the Pixel Watch app.

Thanks. I did do those things and no luck. I also tried the feature from the watch to switch phones. Is finds the phone but the pairing fails. All other paired BT devices are working.

Sorry to hear that that didn't resolve your issue. If you end up resetting your watch, make sure that you back it up first using Google One. I reset my watch a few weeks ago after backing up with Google One and the reset/reinstall was painless and pretty darned quick.
 
Did you also try clearing the app data for the Pixel Watch app (not just the app cache)?

Thanks and I do. I ended up having to reset the watch. Backup made it easy to restore. Very strange as I have no idea when it went wonky. I happen to open the watch app to install a different watch face. Christmas season. Must be Gremlin's
