Pixel Watch display rotation

There are a bunch of third party watch stands for the Pixel Watch out there. Almost all of them show the watch on the stand sideways, with the crown facing up, and the watch face rotated 90° so you can read it like a clock. However, I am unable to find anywhere on the watch itself, let alone the watch app, that allows for this rotation.

Does anyone know if this can really be done or is this just a bunch of false advertising?

I don't have a Pixel watch, but I think the programme they use to do this is called Photoshop

Yeah, it's confusing -- it's under the Google category, not the Wear OS category.

I did notice that. I am kind of surprised it does not rotate.
