I am on Verizon and currently have an LG G3, Best buy has 32gb Pixel XL for $5 per month plus $30 upgrade fee. Looks like a great deal to me, would you recommend?:D

It is bill credits though, so you have to keep making the payments for 2 years or you lose out on any remaining bill credits

Understand that, so will the phone last 2 years? How is call quality on speakerphone, GPS, Internet connections? How does it do on CDMA in rural areas?

It is guaranteed updates through October of 2018 and security updates through at least October of 2019, meaning it'll be up to date through at least 22 months from now. My experience with having used the XL for the past 15 months has been phenomenal. I primarily use it in the upper midwest, lots of ruralness and Verizon is the only carrier that doesn't blow out here (they're actually really good, but everyone else sucks). Pixel XL has been a great phone for me. I just sold mine to my friend on Friday, but I absolutely loved it.

Thanks for the comments decided to not get the phone due to the 2 year credits plan, would have loved to get it, but this is a ripoff by verizon with this payment plan.

I came from a lg g3.

Get it, get it now.

After the first day you will look at that g3 like it is an old dial phone.

Yea for a person who's using a G3 I don't see $5/mo for 2 years on a 1st gen Pixel XL being a bad thing. The G3 is already a little over 3 years old so stepping into a 1 year old phone and committing to it for 2 years for a tune of $150 ($5 x 24 payments plus $30) isn't exactly a rip off IMO.

I'm inclined to agree. I'd throw the G3 on the ground and take the Pixel any day of the week :)
