Pixel XL Auxiliary Audio Issues

Just get a new head unit. Pioneer is usually a good choice. Man, That Cant Miss dude was a real dik to you at the end. He should have known that you were a noob after all the conversation you were having. Good Grief!

Glad I wasn't the only one who thought so!

Yeah dude what a guy, I have a pixel XL same issue, installed my own amp and sub and wouldn't do half those things....

Same issue like the guy with the note 4, my note 4 worked perfectly but the static on the pixel comes in in-between vocals on songs. Driving me crazy.

I'm running an infinite mono amp, with that non-bluetooth JVC double deck that most people get. Tried multiple aux cables doesn't work, I'll try a splitter soon with headphones but it looks like maybe after market equipment might be the issue ? I just wanna listen to my tunes

Yeah I think it is the Sony stereo most likely. I still haven't gotten a new one though. I just have a pair of headphones plugged into the splitter and I wrapped the cables around the aux cord to keep it out of the way.

Any updates? I am having similar issue.

I have a similar issue but the static spikes when my turn signal is engaged and I can even hear the clicking of the turn signal coming through the speakers. I have no idea how that happens. Any ideas?

I would guess you need some EMI shielding somewhere or maybe a better ground. That's really weird lol

Is it an aftermarket stereo? You should take it out and see what the wiring looks like. Most likely they didn't ground it good enough is my guess.
