Next Google Pixel update adds raise-to-wake, double-tap-to-wake | Android Central
I heard about the update today and just financed the 32 GB in silver from the Google store. Can't wait to get it and hope to have these features soon! Thanks - Raise and Tap to wake interest me a lot - got a Pixel Black 32 GB from Verizon today - doesn't have these features.....Something to look forward to.
Can anyone that has gotten this update today confirm the changes? Has the Bluetooth issue been resolved? Has the 4G connectivity been resolved ? How does everything else work? Someone out there must have this ?
Is this with a car Bluetooth? I use my headset at work with no skipping and also in my gf's car. The car is something I bought to add BT since it isn't natively built into hers.My bluetooth streaming issue has NOT been resolved. At least with Google Play Music. I get random "skips" or "stutters" during music playback. It's intermittent, very annoying. Still happening.

I'm on AT&T though, so no HD voice for me![]()

I have a Pixel XL purchased from Google's Canadian site and operated in Canada, but no update here. Seems odd that the carrier versions would receive it before devices sold by Google directly, but that seems to be what is happening in my case.
It's been speculated that the US won't see this until the first or possibly second week in December
