Not that these tests simulate anything we would do in real life, but this does show two things.

1. LG did a great job of optimizing this phone to keep up with the Pixel's 821 processor; and

2. LG must have some sort or RAM management utility that improves upon what stock Android does.

All in all I think the V20 handles itself very well, and this somewhat validates the descriptions of the V20 as smooth and snappy.

Interesting. LG UX does a pretty good job with memory management IMO. I've always preferred it's performance over TW even though it's not the most aesthetically pleasing skin.

The difference between the 820 and 821 is minimal. The biggest difference is that the 821 is ready for Android 8.0. Qualcomm would have to do some work to get the 820 to work.
