Place a date on a photo,

I need to take some photos with the date stamped on them when they were taken. is that possible to do and if so How do I do it. thank you , I have a galaxy s4

I use a app called "ecamera" it places the date on photos and can be downloaded for free in google play

Doesn't the stock camera do that? It does on my Galaxy S3...

What should work (but doesn't seem to work on mine), is to open the gallery, then hit the menu button on the bottom left of the phone; scroll down to Tag Buddy and turn it on. If you select Tag Buddy you can control what info it will show.

I have had tag buddy turned off since I got my S4 in August, so I don't know if an update since then killed it, or maybe I disabled an app it needs to work, but on mine today, I turn it on, and exit only to find it off when I check again... Hopefully this is an issue with my setup, and Tag Buddy will work for you.

I found that you have to select one of the options within tag buddy to keep it enabled.
