"place your ear here for the best sound quality" blocking contact photo

[Android Central Question]

Hello everyone,

i just got the p30 Pro and noticed that whenever i receive an incoming call, the notification message "place your ear here for the best sound quality" appears ontop of the contact photo, making the photo itself barely visible.

is there a way to remove this annoying "tip" so that i can actually see the photo i put to my contacts?
