Placing call on Hold

I keep losing both calls when I get multiple calls. How do I place one call on hold and go back to first call?

when another call comes in, Hit the menu key and select Swap, then you can toggle between calls

Answering the second call puts the first call on hold. Then you can swap between the two or finish the second call, end it and then resume the first call.
