Has anyone had any problems putting in pauses for phone numbers they dial that have extensions, or etc.?

So far I haven't been able to get it to work on my X.

No, I have it setup for my voicemail. Just hit menu then "add pause" I added two in there for it to be timed correctly.

Semi-colon after the number, then type the extension.

You can also use comma for short pauses, add more for longer pauses. 310-867-5309,,,,2,,1322
When calling someone at their office the automated attendant will ask to 'press 2 to dial an extension'
The above will allow some time for the automated attendant to answer, dial 2, then Jenny's extension.

The semicolon mentioned above this post will prompt you when to send the numbers that follow it. You can only use it once.

If you are on phone and inputing phone number and then press left menu button you will see the Add Pause and Wait options to add to number and then you can save number..

I've tried that, but it doesn't work. It's actually kind of frustrating. What is it with Motorola and changing things around. Other phones all you do is put a p when storing the number and then whatever numbers you want to use after that P. But, Motorola decided to change that.

I've tried the semi-colon's. Those don't work either.
