Plan on Upgrading to bigger Micro SD, how to transfer from old?

I plan on getting a 16 or 32 GB Micro SD card. How do you transfer everything from the old 8GB to the new card without losing any of the information. Do you have to switch cards first, format the new inside the EVO, then take it out and copy the files. Is there a program from the Marketplace that does this. What is the best way to copy all the files so I don't lose anything?

To format the card you should just have to use it on your pc through a card reader, that should take care of it.
To copy your data connect your phone though usb mode.

Copy the entire SD card to a folder on your desktop.
Disconnect phone.
swap cards
turn phone back on, use usb mode again
copy the contents of the folder onto the sd card.

That process worked for me. hope it helps =)
