Plantronics Bluetooth headset--Voice dialing from S5

Hello,

Ok I have the S5 OS 4.4.4 from Verizon. Just purchased a Plantronics Marque 2 bluetooth headset to use with my S5. This bluetooth headset has voice answer and alerts. I got it paired ok with my S5.

Now what do I need to do with my S5 to get the bluetooth headset do a voice dialing? Your suppose to be able to tell the phone to dial the name of a stored contact while using the headset. I'm kind of new to this bluetooth stuff. All the other features of this headset works great. How do I get voice dialing to work? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

For me, the answer is it will never work.

For whatever reason, the voice engine cannot understand Tex-Okie-Mex speak.....

I'd love to know too. I have the same Bluetooth and it will only work if my phone is unlocked, something about the lock screen, I guess.
