Plastic on camera lens?

It kind of looks like there is a plastic covering on my camera lens when you look at it closely. Pics seem fine but i tried to see if i could scrape it off and thought better in case there is none. Did anyone have plastic on theirs?

It's just there to protect the lens, you can remove it

The plastic covers the entire camera window but it has a hole where the lens is. I left it on. It does not impact picture quality and at the same time affords the surrounding glass window a bit of scratch protection.

I didnt take mine off. It doesnt cover the lens, only the glass around it. It acts like a camera glass protector, while not coming in the way of the lens or the quality of pictures/videos.
