Play a sound when the "Unplug Charger" message comes up

Is there any way to have a sound play when the "Battery charged. Unplug charger." message comes up?

Even better, just leave it plugged in.
The unplug the charger thing is more a 'save the planet' thing to save a fraction of a watt.

As above but Battery Notifier is great. It even waits like 10min after u get to 100% (seems to give a better charge) before it alerts u with your chosen tone and makes a smiley face

Plus has a nice big colourful % in status bar so turn the stock one off (if you choose) which changes colours n warns u with your own tone at set levels wen its dying.
