play.google.com, play store not in list of apps to complete action with

Hi,

when I open a link like https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...ps/details?id=com.google.earth&token=mA7ytPvf on my HTC ONE in Chrome, App Store is not in the suggested list of apps to complete the action with. All I get are Chrome, Firefox and Internet (native browser).

I have tried disabling and reenabling Google Play Store, clear the data, the cache, but nothing worked.

Anybody got an idea what else I could try before having to reset my phone, which I'd like to avoid.

I don't think a factory reset is necessary in this case. What happens when you select Chrome or the Browser? Are you then given the open with option or does it open the Play Store via the web browser?
