Play Music playlist doesn't show all songs on phone

One of my playlists shows about 10 songs on my computer using the web app, but it only shows three of the songs on my phone. And before anyone asks, yes, I have restarted my phone. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall because that would mean redownloading all the music, so does anyone know what the problem could be?

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue. I tried deleting the app's cache and data but that didn't help.

For more details, it isn't just playlists exhibiting this problem but also albums (an album is complete when viewed through the web interface but incomplete when viewed through the Android app). And yes, I have the "Downloaded only" option disabled.

Running Galaxy S6 on Verizon with the latest build.
