Play Music Replacement?

I want to use Play Music to access my uploaded and on-device music only.

I don't want to stream "radio". I don't want to subscribe to any service. I just want MY MUSIC LIBRARY. I'm never subscribing to a paid music. Not happening. And I don't want another stinkin radio service. Been getting fed up with Google Play Music constantly pushing paid service and streaming radio, and making it harder to get to my library.

The latest update (today) for Play music won't even let you get to My Library until you click Listen Now. Last straw.
I want to find a replacement that will use my Google Music, but give me the option to bypass all those other things. I'd like the same caching capabilities that Google play music has so that things I listen to often are on device, but things I listen to rarely do not take up room on my local storage.

Any Recommendations?
