It would appear that UK devices are now updating. My Nexus 4 last night, and my HP touchpad this morning.

Carry on.

Yeah it appears to be pushing out now in Europe, if you still dont have it and cant wait any longer then clearing the cache for the google play store app and re launching it seems to force the update.

Got the update yesterday. I had tried the apk previously but bits were missing so reverted to old style until the OTA update, which I've now got.
