Play store and sign in issues

hi,there is problem in my mobile samsung s3 google play store has stopped working and my existing google account is also not signing in my all contacts and data is lost.

Sometimes resetting app preferences helps with this. Go to Settings>Application Manager>menu>reset app preferences. See if that helps.
