I am so frustrated with n10,the Pay Store app wont open an any apps that i try to download dont happen.Am also having problems with Sync from my pc.Have been advised to do a factory reset which means a whole lot of work an lost money,has anyone a better solution???????????

Can you be more specific? What do you mean when you say the Play store won't open / "any apps that i try to download dont happen"? What problems specifically are you having with syncing from your PC?
I will say that a factory reset is good advice. Are you able to elaborate on the "a lot of work / lost money"? There are other ways to transfer files, like using an app such as Wi-Fi File Transfer, if that helps. Hopefully we don't land there though, since that's not what you want to do. Just some more details would be good so we can advise you better.

Hi Chris,When i tap the play store icon nothing opens up it tries to but all i get is a bit a grey screen.I go into google play on my PC an download apps i want for the N10 click install for the N10 an the app doesnt download,i try an do the same on the N10 an still wont install,this is for free or paid for appps.I download pocasts an i cant sync them to the N10.
I have tried to transfer my files to my PC so i can do a factory reset again its not working,so if i do do a factory reset i will loose all my apps free an paid for

Go into your settings, tap Applications and find Google Play. Tap it and clear market data and cache. Then press the Uninstall Updates button. Go back to your app list and find Google Services Framework and do the same thing. Reboot and try opening the Play store again. You might have to sign in to your Google account again.

Also, if you purchased apps from the Play store, you can re-download them for free.

Thanks Chris,Did as suggested an rebooted N10 an i get google.process.gapps has stopped.Play store still not opening??
