i con not connect to my play store it says i have to get authentication is required you need to sign into you Google account when i go to google i am already signed in so i log out and log back in but it still says the play store needs authentication ? can someone help

Are you sure you're logged into you Google account on your phone? Have you gone to "Accounts and Sync" in the settings menu and checked it there? For the Google account you're using, have you ensured all the boxes are checked for the Google store items you want enabled (ie: Music, Movies, etc.)
