play store doesn't work.

I can't download any app from google play store recently. When I press install it shows 'downloading' but doesn't start download.
I did 'clear cache' and 'clear data' from play store in application manager but it doesn't work.
Pls help me........

In the Settings>Apps menu, tap Menu>Show System, select Download Manager, and Clear Cache/Clear Data there as well.

So does it work on wi-fi? Do you have an unlimited mobile data plan? If not, are you sure you're not at your monthly limit?
